Assembly
Heartland Industries regularly assembles point-of-sale displays. Items such as binders, manual and sample kits can be assembled using screws, arbor presses, glue punch presses and rivets. Heartland Industries is also licensed to assemble custom packaging of drugs and other products requiring FDA and Board of Pharmacy certification.
Drilling
Drilling
Mechanical drilling with a single and 3-hole drill press into paper, wood and metal are all performed on-site at Heartland Industries.

Heartland Industries is registered with the FDA and Board of Pharmacy. This certification enables Heartland to perform pharmaceutical and food-related re-packaging assignments and ship across the United States.

Labeling/Glue Application
Labels of varying sizes can be applied to cartons, bottles, bags, folders, books and envelopes. Custom bar code labels along with on demand, thermal transfer labels that are UV, smear and scratch proof are available. Glue Applications include, but are not limited to, hot melt, padding, bottle and drum glue.

Inserting
Materials in a mixture of shapes and sizes can be inserted in boxes and bags. Automated insertion with a mailcrafter 9800 edge series inserter also available.
Shrink Wrapping
Shrink Wrapping
Heartland has the ability to shrink wrap thousands of products on our Shrink Tunnels. This includes a large format tunnel that allows for unlimited length cut-off for longer/larger items. Protecting brochures, books, flat displays and more from dust and scratching.
Mailing Services

For jobs that cannot be automated, Heartland Industries has extensive experience with hand insertion and mailers of atypical size and proportion.

Heartland Industries has an extended roof Cargo Van and 24’ Box Truck offering convenient pick-up and delivery of your materials.

We provide skid packing, plastic film wrapping, corner protectors and metal strapping to provide the appropriate security to assure your finished product arrives safely.

Storage
Pallet racking storage in a secure, climate-controlled environment is available at Heartland Industries Green Park facility. Heartland Industries' inventory tracking and management system ensures an accurate count on our customers' inventory.
UPS and Fed-Ex
UPS and Fed-Ex
In addition to local delivery with our box truck, we offer full-service and daily pick-ups for UPS, FedEx Ground and Next-Day Air.
